Guidelines for Requesting REFORMA Northeast Special Programs and Projects Funds:
- President will establish annually a funding review team.
- Chapter will set funding priorities. For example, "seed" money for a new project or to help "match" other funds.
- Chapter will determine annually amount of funds available.
- Only members may request funds.
- Requests must be made 60 days prior to time of need.
- Requests must be made in writing to the President. A one paragraph statement will be sufficient.
- A member may request funds one time within a year.
- Member must provide receipt of expenses within 60 days of the funding.
- A brief statement of evaluation will accompany receipts.
- Publicity for event must identify REFORMA as a sponsor.
