The Reforma Northeast Mini-Grant

is a $500 grant awarded every other year to a librarian working on
a special project that benefits the Latino/Spanish-speaking community.

The winner of the 2010 Mini-Grant is Leticia Cotto of Hartford Public Library, Connecticut.

Leticia is creating a documentary, Frog Hollow: The Immigrant/Migrant Experience, which will record the history of the Latino immigrant/migrant experience in Frog Hollow and the issues they face.

of Suffolk County Community College,
Long Island, NY,
for her work on the magazine
Hybrido: Arte y Literatura.
